Description
Whatfix is a Performance Support SAAS product which allows users to work on a production system while providing them tutorial help in accomplishing tasks. I created a Whatfix environment used in a SalesForce training system for technical call center employees. I used Rise 360 project instead of a PowerPoint presentation as an aid for instructor-led training.
